Both El Mirasol locations feature a singular focus on wholesome, fresh food with house specialties like Chicharron en Salsa, our rich aromatic Mole Sauce, thickening the sauces using flax seed, and hand made Corn Tortillas made fresh daily. Authentic Mexican food served by a friendly and courteous staff. Just visiting the area, but clearly obvious this is a favorite place for the area given the number of customers in a never ending stream. The enchilada sauce was superb and unique in its own right. Competitive prices. Highly recommended.
